WHAT BROUGHT YOU TO ZEB?
During the degree in Economics, with the aim to complement the studies with practical and professional skills, I started an auditing internship at one of the “Big 4”. In this period, I developed a strong interest in consulting: a few weeks later I joined a strategic consulting company, which ended after two years and a half by meeting the person who became my current Managing Director: zeb’s mission and vision convinced me!
WHAT MAKES ZEB SPECIAL?
The philosophy of putting the "employee at the center" and the team spirit, accompanied by individual professional growth for each person.
WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT ZEB?
The "typical" week of a zeb consultant includes project activities supported by skills and expertise development activities. The participation in numerous topic development tasks, such as market trend analysis and article writing, combined with training activities, complete the zeb consultant's task overview.
HOW DID YOU EXPERIENCE YOUR FIRST WEEKS AT ZEB? WHAT WERE YOUR FIRST IMPRESSIONS?
Since the very beginning, I felt part of the "zeb family". More experienced colleagues or the CDC (Career Development Counselor) have always been available to provide support from simply organizational requests to more complex ones related to project activities.
WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO STUDENTS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN CONSULTING?
If you are interested in a dynamic environment, where you can face new challenges every day and interact with the top management of many companies, this is the right place for you!
